Process

How we work with agencies

1. Understand the task

   We first review what the agency needs, the client's goals, the deadline, and the expected result. If anything is unclear, we ask before starting.

2. Plan and divide the work

   We discuss the task within our team and divide the work based on each person's strengths. One person may take the lead, while the others support, review, or handle different parts of the work.

3. Do the work

   We focus on execution and put real time and effort into the task. We research when needed, think through problems, test our work, and make sure we are following the requirements rather than simply trying to finish quickly.

4. Review everything

   Before sending the work to the agency, we check it ourselves. We look for mistakes, missing details, and anything that could be improved. This helps us deliver a more complete result and reduces unnecessary back-and-forth.

5. Share and get feedback

   We send the work to the agency and stay available for feedback. If something needs to change, we discuss it and make the necessary revisions.

6. Deliver the final result

   Our goal is to provide clean, organized, and usable deliverables that the agency can confidently review, present to their client, or use in the next stage of the project.
